As a Product Owner in the Data management service, you will work with this team to meet the challenges of an evolving energy system.

Your main tasks will be:

You will develop a vision and roadmap on Data Access Management and implement this vision, and then present a concrete recommendations to the company and implement the approved recommendations
You will facilitate and develop (open) access to data for third parties within the framework of the Consumer Centric system
You will be active monitoring of trends and developments regarding access to data both at European and national level both within the electricity sector and in other relevant sectors
You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on future needs and evolution regarding the data access market and based on this adjust the vision regarding Data Access Management if necessary
You will be responsible for the identification of business needs and functionalities for specific components of Data Access Management, for the translation of these business needs into functional requirements and you will follow up on the IT developments of these functional requirements and develop and execute the necessary business tests to guarantee a correct implementation of the initially detected business needs
You will be in close contact with colleagues responsible for the development of the other components and functional blocks of the Consumer Centric system to ensure compatibility and synergies)
You will closely follow the developments related to these specific components of Data Access Management for the energy and other sectors, in order to take them into account in the realization of the developments and to gain general knowledge about the data access market and its challenges

Have you got what it takes?:

You have a master's degree in engineering, computer science, sciences or other relevant field
You have knowledge/experience in IT implementation tools and modeling (preferably in the field of energy)
You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and good knowledge of English and you have excellent oral and written communication skills
You have a professional experience in the energy sector
You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
You are autonomous and efficient, takes initiatives and thinks solutionoriented, you are flexible, critical thinker and you have a team spirit
You have strong project management skill
