Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure complaint, change control, training & SOP management is implemented and maintained within the quality management system, as per applicable internal & external requirements;
  • Assist the

Commercial Quality Head:

in the creation and evaluation of metrics to measure and improve the company compliance; in the quarterly & yearly, management reviews; in the implementation of the Quality & Data Integrity Plan.


  • Act as the IGM contact person for Commercial Quality.
  • Support in document, deviation, change control, complaint, CAPA and incident management within area of expertise.
  • Prepare, review or approve local NCQ standard operating procedures within area of expertise.
  • Support in inspection / audit (readiness) within area of responsibility.
  • Participation in the NCQ organization's backup system to ensure business continuity.

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in life sciences or equivalent through experience (minimum 3years.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP/GDP and work experience in a commercial quality organization.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Excellent administrative management skills.
  • Good interpersonal savvy.
  • Handson experience with MS excel and other electronic platforms such as SAP, Trackwise.
