Job Summary:

As a Nuclear Laboratory Technician, you contribute directly to the hotlab productions at our inhouse hotlab site in Rotterdam. You will manage both the incoming and outgoing flows (e.g. materials, products), as well as other processes such as environmental control and clean room maintenance.

In addition, you will daily support diverse hotlab activities to ensure the conformity in relation to safety, quality, regulatory and other procedures and/or guidelines.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous development of our hotlab platform and provide support to outsourced partners by providing trainings and onsite support.

As a part of the Hotlab organisation, you will report directly to the Hotlab Supervisor, Dejan Catlaic.


Responsibilities:

As our Nuclear Laboratory Technician, you will ensure the correct execution of incoming and outgoing product flows. These products are processed in the hotlab following rigid regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our operations. Therefore, you will provide support in projects, as well as towards external partners when needed.

By fulfilling your role, you will manage a set of tasks, responsibilities and/or authorities.

  • Participate and lead hotlab productions at inhouse hotlab site.
  • Perform and report environmental control and clean room maintenance.
  • Identification of safety, quality or other risks during productions.
  • Handling of material flows and other operational tasks.
  • Support and/or participate in projects and improvement initiatives.
  • When needed, training of external hotlab sites/staff.
You will assume all other responsibilities and authorities this function may require regarding new opportunities.


Profile Description:


  • You have obtained an MLO or MBO degree as an Allround Laborant or other relevant area. An equivalent through experience within a similar role will also qualify.
  • Being in the possession of the TMS-VRSD will be regarded as an additional asset. If not, you are eager to achieve this on a shortterm basis as part of this position.
  • You can look back on previous experience in working within a qualified production environment, preferably GMP.
  • You possess previous experience in working with quality management systems.
  • You possess excellent and effective communication skills. In addition, you are fluent in English. This involves both verbal and writing skills.
  • You ensure accountability and are driven to optimize work processes. Furthermore, you are a problemsolver and a team player.
  • You are open to travel to our head office site in Deventer on occasion with an average of 12 day a month. Additionally, you are open to work occasionally an evening shift or on a Sunday, based on a rotation scheme.
