The role

If you live and breathe UI/UX design and development and love an agile environment, we want to talk to you.

We are looking for a visual designer with the skills needed to translate business needs into
amazing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive to use.

Ideally you also have the development skills to
implement your designs and help lead other contributors to realize their designs.

You create
design flows, clickable prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals based on product requirements delivered as user stories or conceptual product ideas.

You help build and evolve the
design system and promote our
shared
library of visual components and standards that define our core product's look and feel.

You conduct
user interviews and
usability testing, but also
analyze data from web design optimizations and drive a
continuous feedback loop between our Marketing/Sales and product development teams.

Who are you?
You gained experience in building quick prototypes (e.g. Figma, Invision, Sketch,) and running customer interviews to validate your designs. This means also planning & prioritization are part of your skillset.

But above all we are
looking for someone with good design skills, affinity with IoT, who likes to work together in open communication and is
eager to learn.
