During your summer job, you will get the chance to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of recruitment and selection, under the wings of our experienced recruitment team.


What does a Junior Recruiter do at Tobania?

  • As a Junior Recruiter you contribute to the further development and growth of Tobania.
Support, specialised in offering our clients a first-class customer experience, whether they need technical, sales, customer or administrative support.

Together with your fellow recruiters you will work daily in a creative way to attract the best support talent for our customers.


  • You will also support the recruitment team in terms of administration and depending on your interests and competences, your range of duties may be extended or you may become more involved in the recruitment process, such as following up or conducting indepth interviews yourself.

Who are we looking for?:

We have a number of "_essentials_" in mind. But even more important than the list below, are your _enthusiasm_ and _drive _to go for it together

  • Communication is 'the way we roll' within our team and you can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a bonus.
  • You have very strong interpersonal skills. You are empathetic, you can give and receive feedback in a constructive and respectful way, you communicate proactively (always) and you are a team player.
  • You have a passion for people, recruitment, and soft HR. A first working experience in the field is nice but certainly not a requirement.
  • You are flexible, stress resistant, resilient, resultoriented and you keep punctual records.
