Description:

The job mainly consists of the following elements:

Ensure 3rd level support (advanced troubleshooting) of the Citrix

- and server-related products managed in the squad

Capacity Management of the infrastructure
Setup and followup of the monitoring of the infrastructure
Deliver operational handbooks, disaster recovery handbooks
Assist in:

- the design and implementation of the Citrix infrastructure and Remote Desktop Services
- the integration of this infrastructure in the remote access solution (incl. Netscaler)
- writing technical documentation to support the design

Providing consultancy on projects (Multi Factor Authentication, Printing, Network Segmentation,

Required experience / knowledge:

Proven experience with Windows server, Citrix and RDS technologies in large environments

Technical experience:

Mandatory:

Indepth knowledge of Citrix (XenApp, Storefront, License servers, PVS) and RDS Products (RDS Gateway, RDS session hosts, License server)
Indepth knowledge of the Windows Server operating system
Knowledge of printing infra

Preferable:

Knowledge of Netscaler gateway, loadbalancing, nFactor authentication
Experience with the integration of the Citrix client within different platforms: Windows (all versions), Apple (Mac), thin client
Basic Networking knowledge (Proxy, routing, local firewalls, firewalls)
Knowledge of remote access solutions like Cisco AnyConnect
Knowledge of SCOM, Equitrac and Powershell scripting
