HR Strategy :

Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the HR policy of the organization in accordance with the Group's HR strategy.

Recruitment, Training & Talent Management:

Develop the recruitment policy and lead the recruitment process
Develop training and development programmes with support of the Group Training Manager
Coordinate the appraisal & reward reviews and provide guidance to senior management related to performance review

Working Council & Trade Unions : Assist the CEO Belgium in preparing and animating the meetings and negotiations

Payroll Management :
supervise the payroll management and administration

HR Projects & Communication

Participate to the Group HR projects and their deployment (HR policy & tools, CSR,..)
Act as HRBP to the BU Directors of Germany, Uk & Sweden on specific HR matters (recruitment, organisation, tools implementation...)
Liaise on a regularly basis with 2 HR peers (France & US).

Profiel

Bachelor's or Master degree required, preferably in human resources or related field
Minimum of 7 years experience as Human Resources Generalist or HR Business partner. Experience in an international environment is a plus
Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English. Knowledge of French and/or German would be a plus
Strong functional HR knowledge particularly in soft HR
Solid project management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be objective, discrete and ethical
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to gain credibility, build relationships and influence people
Available for occasional travel in the region
