For our client active in healthcare, we're on the hunt for a Policy Officer IT and Program Management.

Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare?

Your challenge

As policy officer IT & Program Management, you will support the management of the IT department. This may entail preparing meetings content-wise, policy files and (policy) projects. You will set up improvement projects regarding quality and efficiency within your domain and follow-up on the implementation.

Other tasks may include:
Assisting in the preparation of policy plans, investment files, and annual budget

Preparing accreditation and work procedures

As an expert in legal obligations regarding IT and program management concerning BFM financing, you will prepare these files.

Processing and analysing policy information for the department

Coordinating new and ongoing projects to optimize the (daily) operation of the department

Supporting the management of the department and taking care of the agenda, preparation, and reporting of the management meetings

Profile:

Master's degree

Affinity with IT and Program Management

Strong understanding of business economics

Proven experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office

Fluent in Dutch

Experience within healthcare is an added value
