As our operations continue to expand,
we are seeking motivated and experienced Functional Analysts to join our teams in Brussels, Belgium.

In this job, you'll be in charge of figuring out what software needs to do and making sure it works well.

You'll work closely with different teams to come up with the right solutions and ensure the software does what it's supposed to.

Your role is really important for managing computer systems, so you'll need to know a lot about how computers and software work, and be interested in financial or energy sector.

You'll also need to be good at solving problems and talking to different people.

Your main tasks will include:

Looking at what users and business experts need and turning that into clear instructions for the software.
Designing the way the software should work, following the rules we have, and checking if it's possible using diagrams and charts.
Describing the different parts of the software that different teams work on.
Testing the software to make sure it matches the plans and works properly.
Working with other experts to fix any issues or bugs in the software.
Figuring out how different parts of the software connect and how they should give the right results.
Writing down how the software works and keeping those notes updated.
Explaining the software to others and helping them use it effectively.

You have some experience in financial or energy sector; and wish to pursue your career and capitalise on two pillars: business and information technology.
