Profiel Our client is a company located in Belgium, specializing in the production and packaging of organic and organic-mineral fertilizers.

It is a financially strong and prosperous family company with a long tradition, introducing new production techniques and constantly innovating products.

They offer a full range of horticultural products, fertilizers (individual and compounded), soil improvers, potting soil, cover crops, etc.

Intensive production has dictated the opening of several additional jobs for the position of:

Production Operator.

As an operator, you are responsible for:

Receipt and collection of raw materials verifying quantity, quality and consistency
Overseeing production in a fully integrated and automated production process consisting of several production steps to obtain product in accordance with quality, quantity specifications, respecting the scheduled production plan
Setting up machines in accordance with the production process
Control of equipment and monitoring of production process progress
Change of equipment
Technical inspection of installations and warning maintenance when necessary
Daily maintenance activities

Vaardigheden & kennis - You have a license to drive a reach truck or are prepared to pass it

You speak English at a communicative level
You have a first work experience or an extended production scholarship
You are prepared to work 2 shifts (from September on 3 shifts)
Performing technicaladministrativecare and operational tasks

Opleiding Machine operator

Aanbod 8- Attractive salary: basic rate + shift allowance + food checks

Additional 12 days off per year
