Main Responsibilities
Master scheduling horizon 0 to 18 months semifinished production (vaccines)
Detailed scheduling horizon 0 to 3 months for 1 or 2 productions lines + related products on Media
Optimize stock levels to meet customer needs within inventory target combining the availability of all resources (production lines, materials, vessels, forecasts, projects, people )
Coordination of the capacity planning of all projects related to the production lines in scope working with multi department teams
Involved in long term capacity strategic discussions for the production lines in scope
Responsible for SAP integrity day to day : management of PO's & PL's for the horizon 0 to 18 months for the lines in scope, documentation of shutdown periods
Responsible for the analysis and projection of the financial impacts linked to planning changes (cost absorption)
Responsible for minimizing product obsolescence of the semifinished products of the lines in scope
Back up of the other schedulers and Master schedulers
Requirements
Master degree or 5 years of experience in production planning or 3 years of experience in vaccines production
Rigorous, methodical, accurate, openminded, proactive and customeroriented / result oriented.
With an analytical and structured approach in solving problems and in resolution process.
Good interlocutor, able to give clear instructions, to summarize a situation and to lead a constructive debate towards a balanced outcome, considering the constraints of each group.
Respect of deadlines and commitments, good management of priorities.
Knowledge of SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to speak and write fluently in French and English
Previous planning experience is an asset.
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
