For our site in Tessenderlo, we are looking for motivated Team Coach to manage our teams in the warehouse.-

Your Responsibilities:
- As Team Coach, you are responsible for securing operations through achieving KPIs and coaching warehouse employees;
- You yourself direct the operation in achieving the longterm objectives and act as the final responsible person to your team of warehouse employees, by means of clear objectives, daily consultation, evaluations, training, work accident analyses, sick leave interviews, etc. To achieve optimal operations, you will consult with the planning department, fellow shift leaders, operations managers and various internal support services.
- You will be included in a driven team with a continuous improvement culture;
- You will also ensure that the safety rules are respected by carrying out regular safety rounds, performing workplace accident analyses and communicating safety topics;
- All this to make our employees more proactive in contributing to a strong safety policy.
Your Skills and Experiences:
