**NATURE OF TASKS
- [Essential] Define configuration management and deployment strategies for Cloud resources.
- [Essential] Ensure availability and stability of cloud production environments.
- [Essential] Develop, and design software automation and scripts to orchestrate cloud and virtualization technologies with defined scope, schedule and expectations with a focus on Operations.
- [Essential] Design and implement DevSecOps capabilities (e.g. observability, continuous monitoring, tractability).
- [Essential] Work with the development teams in resolving software and other related problems associated with the cloud deployment infrastructure and the code deployed onto platforms such as Database and/or Middleware.
- [Essential] Manage day-to-day deployment and maintenance activities.
- [Essential] Analyze and tune information systems performances.
- [Essential] Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed by the Commission's central security service (complemented by local rules where needed); under supervision of the LISO (Local Information Security Officer).

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION
As stated in the Article of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, the minimum educational qualification for lot 2 is a level of education corresponding to level 6 of the European Qualification Framework, as follows:

bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE AND TECHNOLOGIES

At least 3 years of specific expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS configuration and deployment
At least 3 years of specific expertise in Administering high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity in Azure environments.
At least 2 years of specific expertise in Deployments using Infrastructure as Code in Azure (Biceps) or Terraform
At least 2 years of specific expertise in Azure Cloud landing zone setups and administration of complex Hub and Spoke environments composed of several accounts.
At least 2 years of specific expertise in Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate them in the Azure cloud based on 7R criteria.
At least 2 years of specific expertise in Design and administration of security using Azure services and features for highly sensitive environments using different levels of encryption
At least 1 years of specific expertise in Microsoft Windows server and AD setup At least 1 years of specific expertise in Operating data analytics deployments in Azure

**KNOWLEDGE AND (NON-TECHNICAL) SKILLS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good redaction skills.
Ability to give technical presentations.
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural.
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects;
