The energy training expert role is a new position and is integral to the building of our educational framework, ensuring that all users, whether internal or external, are fully equipped to understand and utilize the platform to its fullest potential within the energy retail industry. You'll work closely with a talented team of industry experts, dedicated to making a difference in the energy retail sector.

Your role:

With your strong expertise in both our product functionalities and the energy sector, you will lead in delivering comprehensive, industry-focused training sessions.

Your role involves not just configuring our platform's training content, but also tailoring it to align perfectly with the nuanced requirements of energy retail models.

Your tasks will include:

Delivering Engaging Training: Conduct dynamic training sessions on Gorilla's functionalities and industryspecific algorithmic models, focusing specifically on the energy retail sector, covering aspects like pricing, forecasting, and reporting.
Tailored Content Development: Create and continuously update training materials to reflect the latest features, industry practices, and customerspecific algorithmic models, tailored for the global energy market.
Expert Collaboration: Work closely with energy market experts and internal product teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current industry standards and practices.
Effectiveness Evaluation: Regularly assess the training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making datadriven adjustments to enhance future training initiatives.
Supporting Change Management: Help document customer processes and algorithmic models to facilitate seamless change management and effective onboarding of new users.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, your deep understanding of technical training and the energy retail sector will drive the development and delivery of training programs that resonate deeply with both internal and external audiences.

From the initial training needs assessment through to the execution of training sessions, you will:

Comprehensive Material Development: Craft and maintain uptodate, engaging, and highly specialized training materials that cater to the needs of the energy retail industry.
Feedback Implementation: Actively collect and implement feedback from all stakeholders to continuously refine training content and delivery methods.
Detailed Process Documentation: Assist in the clear documentation of energyspecific processes and algorithmic models, enhancing the training materials for better comprehension and applicability.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between sales, delivery, and product teams to gather all necessary information for comprehensive and industryrelevant training delivery.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry or training, with a specific focus on software products and/or the energy retail industry.
Proficient in English, with exemplary communication skills both in verbal and written forms.
Demonstrable expertise in developing and delivering training that incorporates complex industryspecific content.
A collaborative team player with a proven ability to manage training programs across diverse geographic contexts, with a keen eye for the nuances of industryspecific challenges and solutions.
