Job Position

Establish long-term trust relationships with customers in your portfolio and gain insight into their operations (SLA, Operations Manual, etc.);
Act as their main point of contact, handling complaints, developing improvement projects, and collecting necessary information (forecasting);
Manage, analyze, and report on KPIs;
Monitor Customer Satisfaction Surveys, create action plans, oversee their implementation, and follow through;
Ensure annual updates of the Operations Manual and keep customer-specific work instructions current;
Identify additional customer opportunities for the business development department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Warehousing (Supervisor, Customer Service, Logistics Employee,)
Broad knowledge of Warehousing (Multi-customer);
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills;
Possess critical and analytical thinking, stress resilience, and the ability to work autonomously;
Show initiative in driving proactive improvement processes and optimizing costs with an open and creative mindset;
Readily adapt to changing environments, taking on significant responsibility;
Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch is required;
