industry-leading SaaS solution Binocs. Defining and maintaining course towards the product north star, while managing the high expectations of enterprise customers, and keeping internal stakeholders happy is not an easy feat.

Your role

Product discovery work
With your finger on the pulse of the market, the customers, competitors, and the Binocs team, you are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new opportunities.
Deep dive into the jobs to be done by our users.
Use quantitative and qualitative techniques to drive product decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
Product delivery work
Product owner in a product team (PO, dev's, QA).
Inspire and motivate the team.
Define user stories, technical requirements, data models/flows and prioritize all of these during the sprints.
Communication
Stakeholder management.

Your profile

Must have:

Tangible product management experience in a digital product company, ideally B2B SaaS.
Experience and interest in both product discovery and delivery.
No need to be a pharma or lab expert, the eagerness and interest to deepdive in this sector and what keeps our users awake is essential.
Handle complex data models and flows.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in the pharma or labs sector.
Technical knowledge to discuss data models etc. with the engineering team.
Outofthebox thinker.
