Your Role :Over the course of our 2-year Management Trainee Program, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of essential knowledge and skills. This Management Traineeship offers you the kickstart for your career, either national or international

Your Responsibilities:


  • Indepth understanding of various operations and logistic processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems and other technologies.
  • Work floor experience
  • Advanced personal leadership skills such as selfawareness, effective communication, and collaboration
  • Project management expertise, including active participation, leadership, and timely delivery of assigned projects
  • Continuous Improvement/ Lean thinking knowledge
  • Solution design skills
  • Customer and service mindset.

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Science or similar.
  • About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience.
  • A born communicator, with an analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Programming skills are a plus.
