Function:


You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to assist and support assistants, partners and directors of your service line.

You respect deadlines, are proactive and work autonomously and you are a team player.

Your general activities are, a

o:

  • You are responsible for the layout/design and finalization of documents in Dutch, French or English;
  • You take care of incoming and outgoing post;
  • You are a champion at using PowerPoint and make use of your creative skills;
  • You are willing to take ownership of ad hoc tasks;
  • You actively participate in weekly team meetings and share ideas for better processes;
  • You try to make a difference to our organization by being flexible and by thinking out of the box

Profile:


  • You have a first experience (1 to 2 years) as an Assistant or in admin support;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint);
  • You are a teamplayer; you have strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • You are accurate and precise;
  • Eager to learn and willing to take ownership and responsibility;
  • Proactive, able to take initiatives & flexible.
