Elia Grid International has offices in Belgium, Germany, United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia, and Thailand.

Your function
EGI wishes to reinforce its
Human Resource Department , helping with international recruitments for our multiple offices.

To achieve this, we are looking for an
International Junior Recruiter with an interest in the field of transmission system operation.

As an International Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for discovering untapped talents, driving the selection process, and helping people develop successful careers.

You have a keen interest in human resources and recruitment, willing to learn about screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Typical activities involve (but are not limited to):

Develop relationships with managers and consultants to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specificities;
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms;

Your profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant studies;
A first experience in as a recruiter;
Resilient
Autonomous and willing to take the recruitment objectives as yours
Techsavvy and good knowledge of various electronic tools and software for recruitment;
Excellent communication skills;
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities;
Fluent in English;
Knowledge of French, Dutch, German is a strong asset.
