Position Summary
On your role as a Technical Support, you will become an expert in one of our product lines. You will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line.

You will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings.

This position is based in our HQ in Mechelen.

What will be your responsibilities?

Training your colleagues and clients
Taking care of technical documentation/ translation
Travelling up to 30% in the 10 European countries we are supporting

What do we require?

No engineer degree required but a strong interest in Technology and Technical products
We provide 46 weeks training
Valid driving license
Fluency in English (business proficiency)
Good problem solving and communication skills
A technical education or experience is a plus
A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus
Some programming knowledge is a plus (Java Script, C++, PLC, etc.)
