The Summer Job Student - Supply Chain will be part of Europe, Belgium Logistics Operation team in Global Supply Chain. The role will be responsible to support Logistics supervisor in day-to-day activities of the logistics operations, freight carrier management, and international freight/inventory movement. Responsibilities:

Assist with:

Prepare documentation, freight carrier coordination, tracking and tracing of inbound & outbound shipments
Prepare Import and export, inspection documentation
Regular follow up with Sales admin, warehouse and factory to ensure delivery of products to customer is secured and on time
Support planning team on inventory management and cycle count in 3PL Warehouse
Provide regular updates on the progress and challenges in terms of product deliveries
Support maintenance and Shipping/Receiving Team when required (Labs
Factory)

Qualifications:

Your profile and qualifications:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Strong organizational skills (e.g. time management, communication, setting goals, working under pressure, selfmotivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail)
Must be a selfstarter with a high degree of organization skills with a 'can do' attitude willing to dive into and take ownership
Proficient with Excel, fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
