Job Description:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work with the account team to build solid strategic relationships with industry leading customers by providing technical expertise through the promotion of TT's products and the creation and delivery of custom service offerings.
  • Recognize opportunities at selected customers to create value for both the customer and Chemours, by matching the needs of the customers with the products/services/fields of expertise of Chemours.
  • Develop understanding of industrial knowledge, customer's process and technology and translate insights into new offering opportunities. Participate in the development process from ideation over pilot testing to commercial launch and support.
  • In this role you will be responsible to convey our customer messaging around sustainability in EMEA
  • Collaborate with our central research hub and marketing team in Wilmington and the global technical service team.
The following is


_required_ for this role:

  • Masters/PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other related technical field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in the coatings industry (R&D, technical service, technical marketing or equivalent) is required.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, presentation and written skills are required.
  • Flexibility to travel (focus on Germany), as needed, up to 25% of the time after the training program.
  • Fluent English is a must,.
  • Fluent in German is highly appreciated.
