**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting Kofax Readsoft software
  • Excellent knowledge of the following products:
  • ReadSoft INVOICES
  • ReadSoft COLLECTOR
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in integrating Kofax Readsoft with the Oracle EBusiness Suite Payables module
Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:French speaking skills
DUTIES/ROLE

  • Under the guidance and supervision of the NATO Service Manager, the selected service provider will be responsible for the execution of the tasks as described below
  • The consultants will support existing system implementations as follows:
  • Resolve functional and technical incidents and service requests as reported;
  • Implement system changes and patches as approved, to include all required activities (analysis, development, testing, documentation, deployment etc.)
  • Provide knowledge transfer to staff of the Organization
  • Any other related duties as required and assigned
