To accelerate the growth of our subsidiary in Belgium, SII Belgium, we are looking for a VIE, Project Manager / PMO.

You will join a dynamic and multicultural team in a fast-growing subsidiary, and in full transformation following the acquisition of a local player.

The PMO's area of intervention is to help management structure our projects and our activities:

• Participate in project management (methodology, tools, templates, reporting)
• Participate and contribute to the deployment of the group's quality management system and help maintain the QMS in Belgium.
• Actively support Business Managers in the design of Technical and Commercial offers for our clients with the support of the Group's presales teams and the solutions management.
• Support the Delivery of projects at our clients (capitalization, improvement plan, monitoring of achievements, setting up committees )
• Initiate a R&D project with the participation of consultants
• Respond to the group's technical requests
• Support in improving internal processes and help in improving internal tools

Requirements:

• You have between 28 years old or less
• You have a European nationality (EEA)
• You have no previous experience in Belgium
• Training: Master, Business School, and/or Business Administration or equivalent
• Languages: Mastery of English (fluent written / spoken) imperative and French or Dutch.

• Great team working abilities
• Initiative and ability to propose ideas
• Good communication skills and able to adapt to different interlocutors
• Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, (PowerBI is a plus)
• Attention to detail and organized with a high degree of confidentiality
• Positive person and driving element wishing to be part of a great adventure
• A successful first experience in Project Management and/or in Bid Management
• Training: Master in engineering (preference in IT)
