Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 2 years of recruitment experience**, ideally acquired in the Life Sciences sector.

Understanding the recruitment needs and
managing the expectations of the business by talking to the internal stakeholders.- Building your
network. - Coordinating with international colleagues in France, Portugal, Tunisia and Canada.
Employer branding using tools such as LinkedIn to create content, share, comment etc.
- Improving processes where needed to
drive the recruitment process forward. - Reactive recruitment, meaning the
creation of attractive job descriptions,
advertising and then managing the responses. - Conducting
structured interviews**.
Negotiating with potential employees, freelancers.
- Offering
contracts to the consultants, both employees and externals and proposing them to the aforementioned stakeholders. - Assisting in the staffing on consultants, helping to decide to use an internal employee, search for a new employee or use freelance resources.
- Working with the head of Talent Acquisition and HR to define budgets and suppliers to fill open requests (LinkedIn, job boards etc).
- Taking the
ownership of recruitment projects.

The passion for people, the ability to listen and communicate well play a major part in this job, but it would be a big advantage if you have:
- Proficiency in
interviewing for specific consulting/pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device roles*. - Minimum of
2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences field. - Ability to
work under pressure in a fastpaced, timesensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Understanding of the consulting/staffing world.
- A strong
commercial spirit following a professional process when it comes to negotiating contract.
Energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people.
- Fluency in
English AND French, or English AND Dutch.
