HR officer with a positive mindset.

As
HR Officer you will be responsible for
Payroll, recruitment and General HR.

You will work with the HR General team to ensure payroll, various general HR tasks as well as recruiting new employees.


Main responsibilities:

Recruitment:


  • You will be responsible for
    the entire recruitment process of permanent employees:
  • You provide
    assistance in the draft of the
    job descriptions and you publish them
  • You
    build a network of recruitment partners
  • You ensure
    close administrative followup and you facilitate and coordinate a smooth onboarding

Payroll:


  • You take care of the
    payroll and related benefit administration for about 80 people
  • You are responsible for the
    administrative management of personnel files and social documents
  • You will
    provide support for monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
  • You are the
    first point of contact for employees regarding all HR related questions during the life cycle of an employee

Project-management

  • Support in
    streamlining and improving existing HR processes
  • You are responsible for the
    creation and followup of the HR policies and working rules and you keep them updated
  • You are responsible for
    fleet management (onboarding, new orders, offboarding, return of cars,...)

Profile:


  • You have a
    bachelor or master degree in a social direction;
  • You have
    at least 5 years of experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of
    national & international payroll management is a must;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of
    Dutch and English (all verbally and written);
  • You have
    excellent communication skills;
  • You can work within short deadlines and are
    result oriented;
  • You are a
    good team player but can also
    work independently;
  • You are willing to travel between the various entities of our organization.
