R&D Controller ad interim (M/F/x) for a 6-12 months assignment.

The client is located in
Limburg. International Supplier in Automotive. Six R&D centers worldwide with the HQ in Limburg.

As a
R&D Controller ad interim, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Deliver accurate data for monthly closing following corporate timeline
  • Design & master the LT strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes of R&D functional area and effectively deploy across all BUs
  • Improve forecasting & budgeting processes (more from an engineering point of view and less finance driven)
  • Finance business partner of CTO to establish KPIs
  • Challenge, monitor, prepare business cases
  • Streamlining of processes in R&D
  • Challenge R&D department regarding financial performance
The requested qualifications for this
R&D Controller ad interim position include:

  • Good project management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • MUST have hands on SAP and Excel experience
  • Jira (time tracking system) would be a plus
