Solution Architect for IT Security Mission contextImprove the architecture coverage of IT security in our banking services and projectsFunction description

We are looking to strengthen the team of architects (80+ persons) with a person that will focus on the security-related questions.

This is a fairly broad set of topics for which we do not expect a technical specialist but rather a seasoned solution architect interested by security, and possessing solid interpersonal skills and able to learn quickly from others

Just for illustration, topics can be about

Key & Certificate management
Security Logging & Monitoring.
Rolebased and attributebased access control, ABAC adoption, architecture patterns for coexistence of RBAC and ABAC
Security architecture in clouds

The person will be expected to deliver
- solution architecture documents
- recommendations to management
- evolution roadmaps
- reference architecture for other architects / analysts to use

Experience in Enterprise Architecture is a plus
Familiarity with security topics is of course a plus
Essential : ability and interest to learn quickly
Essential : as security topics reach out to a large variety of stakeholders, proactivity and empathy are also essential

Business experiencemandatory
Experience in Banking or Insurance; otherwise experience in large / multinational organizations

The successful person will display

- excellent networking with stakeholders, gathering requirements, checking completeness, keeping all stakeholders informed from potential issues and aligned on mitigations. This ability must be visible by meeting deadlines without re-work
- ability to work in agile at scale organization, agreeing on delivery plans and committing to them
- ability to clearly articulate architecture choices in English (written & spoken)
