Job Description:

Your role:

Delivers part of the framework and unifying the IS
Produces analysis deliverables to define the scope and to initiate some of the projects : systems impacted, data flows and data within the Operations IS current and future architecture. Priorities will be set according to the shortterm and longterm roadmaps.
Builds business cases detailing highlevel scope, costs, time frame and risks
Builds detailed requirements documentation with the business stakeholders, in alignment with the target vision of the Operations IS, and maintains that documentation throughout the delivery of the projects (clarifications, change requests)
Builds the target architecture and solution within the scope, in order to optimize the target financial synergies, and deadlines
Builds the planning / sequencing of the projects, the organisation and the budget
Builds the test plan, test scenarios with all the business stakeholders impacted by the project (progressive and nonregressive)
Contributes to the governance, stream; committees, reports, escalations.
Escalates to the IS Program Lead when needed & to the Committee upon request.
Communicates to the IS Program Lead the information (progress, risks, problems, etc) required to monitor the Stream's KPIs.
Manages within the budgets and deadlines allocated to his projects.
Coordinates and supports the Technical Teams involved in or by his projects, arbitrates and prioritize the work and ensures that all technical contributors are supported.
Support the technical teams in the management of

- the planning, the budget, the mitigation of the risks, the follow up of the deliverables,
- the data migration with the Data Migration Manager,
- the technical testing in coordination with the Testing Manager,
- the technical contracts for the build and the run with the Legal Manager.
