- Perform vivo neurophysiological experiments, implementing and validating novel technologies for the collection and analysis of EEG/brain circuit mapping data in rodents.
- Access and implement combined EEG/MRI recording modalities with external collaborators in preclinical imaging.
- Independently plan, organize, and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Provide highquality reports of analyzed results in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity and tractability.
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
- Possesses exceptional critical thinking skills, including curiosity, creativity and innovation, data analysis and interpretation.

Experience and Skills:
- Experience with in vivo neurophysiology/electrophysiology techniques (EEG/LFP electrode implantation) recording and analysis.
- Knowledge with single or multiunit electrophysiology recordings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in histological procedures, brain stimulation, optogenetics and/or neuroimaging would be a real plus.
- Experience with advanced computational signal processing methods such as MATLAB, Python, ICA, source localization, or other analytic methods for studying electrophysiological data is highly desirable.
- European certificate for animal experimentation (FELASA B or higher) is required.
- Demonstrated record of superb scientific writing skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and team play.
- English language proficiency required.
