  • The Sales Operations & Data Specialist works collaboratively with the sales team, management, and across departments to facilitate efficient operations for the sales team. You assist in managing different projects around sales enablement and the optimization of systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the Software business unit. You will play a key role in reporting and making the sales organization more datadriven.
What you will do- Be the point of contact for the global sales team for everything related to the internal sales processes and systems

  • Be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects to improve the efficiency, quality, and compliance of operational and business processes
  • Map out existing operational processes using input from different departments and by analyzing performance parameters to ensure that irregularities, bottlenecks, quality and performance losses, and disorganization of workflows are indicated
  • Develop proposals to optimize and improve sales processes, information flows, tools, and reporting to put the organization in a better place to realize its objectives in line with regulatory and quality standards
  • Create and provide training and presentation materials to sales representatives and others within the business unit related to the sales processes.
  • Contribute to CRM implementation and sales process optimization
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the sales department and Software business unit to measure the performance of our sales campaigns
  • You set up new market and sales dashboards.
  • Research and implement reporting tools and/or technologies that focus on automating reporting, in order to gain efficiency.
  • Be responsible for the onboarding trajectory of newcomers within the department
  • Participate in all sorts of multidisciplinary projects, such as the selection and introduction of new processes, cooperation with other teams for the development, and testing of new solutions


  • Your profile

  • You have a high proficiency in computerbased skills with MS Office products and a working knowledge of database functions
  • You have insight and experience in process improvements and salessupporting systems implementations
  • You possess strong analytical abilities and have a drive for continuous improvement
  • You have excellent relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills in English; any other language is an asset
  • Your trustworthiness and sensitivity to private information are essential
  • You have a positive, forwardthinking attitude
  • You have an eye for detail and are a meticulous and organized worker
  • You love to resolve problems proactively and think critically
  • You are a real team player and enjoy supporting and helping others reach their sales success
