Supporting users in the utilization of Grimaldi Group core business bespoke software systems.

Analyse request for new procedures to be developed, management of system change needs and define related workflows.

Discuss with end users, external stakeholder(terminals, customers) or managers and translate requests into structured spefications.

Extra data, do data analysis and presentations.

Profil:

Good verbal communication in Dutch en English.

Expected sufficient understanding of the architecture of relational database systems and at least a light experience in using SQL.

Good understanding of software programming concept and at least a light experience in the use of a programming language.

Good knowledge of Microsoft excel.

Expert in the utilization of a personal computer running Microsoft Windows operating system and self sufficient in resolving trivial sustem issues.

Proactive personality.
