What you'll do

The mission at our client will mainly involve:

Define the most efficient organisation for the coordination of grants (resources, processes, location,), implement, operate and iterate it:
Define a method, and design and implement a process to identify, collect underlying data and reach optimization for the acquisition of grants and tax reductions
Make and follow transversal links through projects and/or departments
Look for synergies between all recuperation areas (withholding tax reduction for R&D/real estate/education or teamwork, incentives, tax ruling, grants,) being linked to opex or capex
Identify and implement improvement areas to insure better gains in grants, tax measures,
Propose a fair distribution of grant revenues between actors (coordination, team members performing the file, Direction,)
Determine and implement lessons learnt of the first new organisation
Provide forecasts, reports, timelines, risk analysis and advices
Be the SPOC related to grants and withholding tax topics
Support technical and financial departments

Who we're looking for

The perfect match has:

Degree in business administration, business engineering, economics, law or equivalent by experience
At least 5 years of experience
An experience in
process management is mandatory
Having the capacity to work autonomously as well as in a team
Strong structure and development ability (organization, process, implementation,)
Rigorous, committed and proactive attitude
Interpersonal and communication skills
Being resultoriented
Able to work through different parts of the company
Leader and coordinator of your own responsibility areas
Interest in technique, legal, tax and innovation/R&D fields
Fluent in French, Dutch and English
