Clients
- Building a client portfolio by leveraging existing relations with The Adecco Group and prospecting new clients to have a healthy volume of permanent recruitment positions.
- Negotiating new offers, meeting new clients, and maintaining relationships to become a trusted longterm partner.
You
- Continuous learning and onthejob trainings by working together with the Head of Permanent Recruitment.
- Invest in your network and stay up to date with industry trends to nurture your professional career.
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the permanent placement space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: fluent in English, Dutch & French
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Organizational and time management skills
