At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our UniQue team

The IT Service Manager will provide the required services, to assure the timely delivery of a coherent and comprehensive set of Services for the Client's IT system that is currently under development (1st release of the system is expected to go-live in production in June.)

What will you be bringing to the team?

Review and Consulting:


  • Review SoftDev deliverables and specifications.
  • Provide system architecture consulting.

Project Management:


  • Offer project management consulting and support.
  • Assist in project planning and reporting.

Active Participation:


  • Actively participate in technical meetings, such as requirements/architecture meetings.

Deployment Assistance:


  • Support deployment activities and contribute to timely CBAM system releases.

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Contribute to communications and coordination with stakeholders and users.
  • Support the provisioning of hosting environments and testing activities.

Service Management:


  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Service Level Management and Security artifacts.
  • Oversee CBAM Service Desk, monitor service delivery, and support user training.
  • Report on SMT Tickets handling/resolution

Incident and Change Management:


  • Organize troubleshooting meetings, participate in crisis management, and contribute to postincident reports.
  • Manage change by following up on software/system upgrades and hotfix installations.

Requirements:

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is considered as advantageous;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management out of which a minimum of 3 years of recent specialized experience in IT service management of customsrelated IT systems
  • The consultant delivering the service should have
    specialized experience in functional and Conformance Testing, SLA monitoring and compliance

  • Experience in service management;
  • Experience with service management tools; willingness to use the service management tools and methodologies as specified by the Client (EU Inst
  • Experience of largescale service support, service delivery and business continuity;
  • Good technical knowledge on the project's aspects;
  • Capability of understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions;
  • Good knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, SLA, OLA, SMT;
  • Excellent reporting skills;
  • Ability to produce minutes, notes, summaries, etc. in English and to give presentations in English;
