Risk & Compliance team is the guardian of Telenet's success story . We work closely together with Telenet's management to oversee the company's financial, compliance, operational and strategic risks. The team's
mission is to proactively manage these risks, strengthen Telenet's control environment and enhance its compliance activities.

By doing so, the Risk & Compliance team ensures that Telenet is well-positioned to navigate the ever-changing business landscape and continuously achieve its goals.


The team activities are centered around 4 pillars
:(i) SOX, (ii) Compliance, (iii) Enterprise Risk Management, and (iv) Internal Audit support .


Your responsibilities as a Risk & Compliance Team Manager


You are responsible for
leading and developing the team to deliver the risk and compliance programs across the organization and for building effective relationships with key
stakeholders across Telenet and Wyre and externally.

You are responsible for the
activities of the Risk & Compliance team in all the above pillars, such as:

  • Identifying, analyzing, assessing and documenting Telenet and Wyre's key risks.
  • Validating the correct operation and timely execution of the controls related to these key risks.
  • Executing 2 nd line monitoring, and setting up compliance trainings.
  • Acting as liaison between the Internal Audit team, external auditors and Telenet management.
  • Providing advice and support during the implementation of new processes and initiatives.
You organize and coordinate the quarterly meetings of the
Governance, Risk & Compliance Committee .


You report to the Compliance & Finance Platforms Tribe Lead and maintain contacts with stakeholders of the various departments involved (up till SLT level), with the Audit, Risk & Compliance team of Liberty Global and with KPMG.

Our ideal Risk & Compliance Team Manager

  • You have obtained at least a Bachelor's degree (preferably in an economic or accounting field) and have 710 years of relevant experience.
  • You have a proven experience in team management.
  • You have a critical mindset and have the necessary assertiveness.
  • You are flexible and able to cope with changes.
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to have an impact on stakeholders at different levels within and outside the organization.
