For our headquarters in Rotselaar, we are looking to recruit a:


Customer Delight Advisor:

Do you like to focus on your customers' wishes? Is it evident to you that agreements are being kept? Do you get energy from achieving goals? Is working in a planned way second nature to you? Can you easily convince others? Then you are the talent we are looking for


We are looking for:


  • Someone who ensures the smooth startup of new customer projects
  • Someone who communicates smoothly with our clients and coordinates between all the parties involved
  • Someone who proactively monitors our added value and impact
  • Someone with commercial feeling who can identify opportunities

You have:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • A few years of relevant experience, in a commercial or administrative role.
  • A thorough knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English.

You recognise yourself in the following profile:

  • You are commercially driven and easy to work with
  • You have an entrepreneurial state of mind and have a positive attitude
  • You are hungry to grow personally and love to work with a range of digital tools
