We are looking for a
Supply Chain Process Improvement Coordinator who is
structured, organized and able to drive Change Management, to join us in our
Braine Supply Chain team, based in our
Braine l'Alleud's office in
Belgium.



About the role
Your objective is to support Braine Supply Chain by:

  • Driving continuous improvement and performance measurement process to increase our customers satisfaction and improve Braine Supply Chain results.
  • Deploying the department vision and strategy to support the UCB ambitions in liaison with other functions.
  • Improving the availability, the usage and the accuracy of data and master data.
You must be able to make the transversal links between different teams and functions (Braine, Global, other UCB sites).

The young and dynamic team is composed by 4 people included you and the manager, and by 2 VIE colleagues.

What you'll do

  • Support and drive projects and continuous improvement in Braine Supply Chain, having a helicopter view on processes and systems in place.
  • Influence and coach the teams on the different options available to solve a problem, develop a solution and ensure the new process is in place and in use.
  • Support Hoshin process by collecting annual results and improvements requested.
  • Develop specific KPI's to monitor the health of Braine Supply Chain and the progress of projects.
  • Be the 1st point of contact for Braine Supply Chain on the systems and processes in place (mostly SAP).
  • Drive systems improvement, in cooperation with Global Key Users and IT.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following
education, experience
and skills***- Master's degree in supply chain and 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical is a plus).

  • Expertise within the area of Supply Chain (planning / procurement / WH).
  • Experience with driving change management.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), query systems (SQVI) and ERP systems.
  • APICS certification and Six Sigma Green belt are desirable.
  • Ability to listen and to analyse internal customers' requirements.
