As Team Manager Sales Enablement you will _
- _Drive the Transformation for the SME/LE Sales Department from a skills, tools & process perspective. This through the set-up of co-creation projects with the involved departments within Telenet and Telenet Business, eg HR L&D, TB BEAT Tribe & TB Solution Houses Tribe. _
- _Manage a team of Business Consultants and Business Analysts as to achieve the objectives _
- _Act as a bridge between the SME/LE Sales Organization and the other Telenet & Telenet Business teams as to _
- _Represent Sales in the various change projects _
- _Ensure Changes are properly implemented in the various teams of SME/LE Sales Teams (BAT, ORE, Training etc), foresee the necessary Change Management _
- _Ensure the appropriate and efficient functioning of the SME/LE Sales Teams into operating model, toolings, commissioning and processes.
