We are hiring for our client in Dilbeek an Infrastructure Specialist/Support NL - EN. The regional infrastructure team is responsible for the general ICT wellbeing and business continuity for all sites in the region ( Belgium + North and Eastern Europe)

Description:

The team consists of 11 specialists and serving more than 50 countries.

When you start in this role, your main focus will be ensuring to be the first point of contact for the country management teams offering support and training for local and group standard ICT solutions.
You will guide and support the daily operations by the local teams.
Off course you will also have close contact with endusers and give them an outstanding support: perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including offsite repair as needed.

Manage ICT assets in the region, plan and execute migrations for endoflife systems
Monitor wide area network connectivity and performance in the region, coordinate with service providers and HQ and local teams to resolve issues.
Manage hardware and software upgrade projects
Define the budgetary requirements for the coming replacement and upgrades of existing and new ICT systems

Requirements:

You have 3 years of relevant experience in PC support
You are service oriented and determined to give the best solution to our clients
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You are willing to travel (20% on yearly basis)

Language

Fluent in Dutch and English (Spoken & Written)
