The HR Officer manages the day-to-day HR operations of the Puratos Andenne Site, under guidance of the HRBP.

You support the HR department as well as the site in reaching its overall goals and you participate in different HR projects.


You are responsible for the implementation of various HR processes for blue collar and you are the first point of contact for all of them, you are on the floor 50% of your time.

To help our employees to grow, you make the necessary training plans, you stimulate skills management and the development of everyone's talents.


Your mission:

The HR Officer roadmap contains 3 main priorities:


  • First point of contact for blue collar population
  • Recruitment/New Hire process for Blue Collar population
  • 50% of your time, you are on the floor to support the Team Leader and Shift Leader, to facilitate, create proximity with our blue collar population, to understand their needs, capture room for improvement, purpose proactively solution/action to guarantee and improve engagement and wellbeing.
  • Prepare and follow up with the Business to key HR processes of blue collar population

Training, Process and Project

  • Training & Development
  • Support the Business in the development of our employees by identifying staff training and development needs and purpose solution
  • Responsible for organization, overseeing appropriate training and giving some training
  • Registration of the training in SAP
  • Administration & document management
  • Provide administrative support to the HR BP
  • Process documentation, prepare and follow up with respect to key HR processes
  • Preparation of documents/information for internal communication, contracts, letters
  • Data & record maintenance & reporting
  • Maintain HR files, reports, databases
  • Document preparation for changes in the organization;
  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained;
  • Run/create reports in SuccessFactors (HR system)
  • HR Projects
  • Development, collaboration, implementation & support in HR projects of various sizes

Day-to-day work


You manage the various partners, both internal (HR colleagues, employees, line managers, etc.) and external (temporary employment agencies, schools, trainees, etc.) on a daily basis.

Who are we looking for?

  • Academic degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • 35 years' experience in HR is a must
  • French (speaking & writing)
  • English
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel hands on experience with an HR IS, HR MS
  • Basic knowledge of labor law, excellent organizational skill (personal efficiency)
