You will advise innovating companies and be intensively involved in all aspects of protecting their innovation (intellectual property strategy, protection, active management, defence, valuation, etc.).
You will protect the interests of the clients at the European Patent Office, as well as at other foreign offices.
In cooperation with lawyers in the network, you will also defend the interests of the clients in proceedings at national and international Courts.
They allow flexible working.The ideal profile:
- You will be European qualified and have the Belgian Patent Qualification. But they would consider only European qualified. You will ideally have around 6 years of patent experience.
- Your technical background should lend itself to the High Tech with a preference for electromechanics, ICT, mechanics, electronics, telecommunication or related technical fields.
- French speaking (native level) and very good knowledge of English, as drafting will be mainly in French and English. Business development will be mainly in Liège region, with French speaking clients.
