Description

  • You will manage the full cycle recruitment process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing and conducting the job offer negotiations for different type of profiles;
  • You will work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategy;
  • You will ensure the data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in human resources or in a similar field and min 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sectors;
  • You have a passion for working with people and a competencybased approach: Competency Based Interviewing, use of the STAR method and personality tests;
  • You have strong business acumen to translate business needs into defined talent pipelines and sourcing strategy;
  • You are proactive, detailoriented, and well organized;
  • You are a team player with positive attitude;
  • You have experience with ATStools;
  • You are business fluent in French/Dutch and English (written and oral).
