The Marketing Campaign Officer directly reports to the Campaign Team Leader.

Main responsibilities:

Campaign Creation and Execution:

Before the setting up of the campaign, participate into the ideation and the strategic briefing (Product selection, segmentation, offer, goals );
Brief creative teams about the campaign requirements and ensure brand consistency and goal are met;
Support with managing customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing;
Ensure all campaigns flow through quality assurance processes to guarantee accurate and ontime campaign delivery;
Measure campaign success, monitor and evaluate campaign progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and take corrective action when necessary;
Plan and prioritize A/B tests to improve KPI, achieve goals and identify best practices;
Provide recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.

Technology/System Management:

Create Smart lists and segmentation: set up batch and trigger campaigns, landing pages and forms;
Establish processes that ensure best practice in campaign and lead management;
Monitor and maintain data integrity within the marketing team;
Ensure data integrity at list import and follow ongoing data cleansing best practices;
Assess campaign and asset readiness; work with marketing management to enable successful campaign launch and execution.

Reporting:

Responsible for monthly and quarterly report creation to keep management updated on campaign and lead generation success;
Communicate campaign program results and trends for timely collaboration.

EDUCATION :

BACHELOR OR MASTER DEGREE IN MARKETING

EXPERIENCE :
3-6 YEARS

Strong interest in ecommerce ;
Resultsoriented and Customerminded ;
Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud ;
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
Knowledge of Excel and BI Tools;
Flexible and capable of working in a fastpaced environment;
Autonomous with good organizational and multitasking skills;
Ability to challenge ideas and suggest innovative actions
Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
