Today, Bingoal is an ambitious and dynamic company looking for an enthusiastic
CRM Officer_
.

_As such, you will be responsible for managing and developing our CRM strategy for casino products and collaborating with the marketing team to support and contribute to Bingoal's continuous growth in Belgium, The Netherlands and Malta.

Key Responsibilities

As a CRM officer at Bingoal, you will contribute to the definition, management and continuous improvement of Bingoal's
CRM strategy.

Specifically, you will start by playing a key role especially with regards to
casino products by:

Closely collaborating withBingoal's Casino Product Manager to define and implement the best
CRM approach for our casino customers:
Creating effective
customer journeys for great customer experiences
Elaborating
promotions,
loyalty & retention programs:
Collecting,
analysing and reporting data, with the contribution of our data analyst, to continuously inform, assess and improve Bingoal's CRM approach
Effectively
collaborating with the marketing team and the rest of the organization
Contributing to the
annual marketing plan

Your Profile

You have at least
2 years of CRM experience:
Any experience in the
gambling and casino sector is a strong asset, an affinity or interest towards these products is a must
You already worked with
Optimove or any
CRM Tool:
You are fluent in
English and Dutch and have a good knowledge of
French:
You have a strong
customerfocused mindset and love finding
creative and practical ideas for the best customer experience
You can count on excellent verbal & writing
communication skills
You are able to turn data and insights into relevant actions thanks to your
analytical mindset
Your
entrepreneurial and curious mind leads you to constantly explore opportunities and innovate
