In the role of D2D Plant Based Direct Plant Delivery (DPD) and Export Manager UHT you will steer and coach the team responsible for Direct Plant Deliveries & Export.

This team is responsible for ensuring a flawless execution of orders and deliveries directly to customers worldwide, across the complete European Plant-based UHT platform.

In order to be successful, you will be working closely with a high share of stakeholders throughout the organization (Short Term & Mid Term/Long Term Planning, Deployment Planning, Customs & Logistics, Supply Chain Coordination, selling CBU's, ).

You report to the Int. PB Supply Planning Manager UHT.

About the job

You will steer and coach the central team of PB DPD and export officers UHT (4 FTE) and ensure a flawless delivery of our Plant Based UHT products from our Supply Points across Europe towards our customers worldwide.

Some of your responsibilities are:

Making sure the team is sufficiently & rightly staffed, creating the right context for individual and team development (training plan, onthejob coaching, etc ), within an environment of change
Together with the MPS Planning Team, the Deployment Planning Team and the MT/LT Deployment Planning Manager, constantly monitoring & optimizing inventory levels across the chain, creatively solving issues/bottlenecks/constraints and aligning with other stakeholders whenever necessary
Ensuring that the receiving customers are serviced in an excellent way on all aspects: proactive communication with both customers and selling CBU counterparts, daytoday issue solving,
Reporting relevant KPIs: CFR, obsoletions, forecast accuracy, DIO,...
Identifying and implementing structural (process) improvement opportunities, installing bestpractices as a standard
Acting as the first point of contact in case of escalations from the customers or selling CBUs, including but not exclusively in periods of shortages

- (Help) Assuring that any supporting system remains up-to-date to cope with evolving footprint & processes

Take part in projects where relevant, such as the onboarding of new DPD customers or starting a new export flow, IT related projects,

About you

About you
To be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

A Master degree (Applied Economics,...) or at least equivalent by experience
At least a first experience in coordinating and leading a team
Proven supply chain expertise with min. 35 years experience in an international context
Structured working approach, seamlessly combining daily challenges with more structural improvement initiatives
The ability to work crossfunctionally and look for compromises
Diplomatic and empathic working principles, yet being convictive or decisive when needed
A dynamic and enthusiastic personality, being someone who likes to take initiative, can work very independently and embraces change as an opportunity
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Strong communication skills, in Dutch and English. Other languages a plus
