Le poste:

Our client is looking for a Project Lead with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our SW development team in Leuven, Belgium.

The role

As a Project Lead, you analyze the current business needs and translate them into functional concepts and projects.

You are responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of these projects, while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Define projects and UI/UX designs based on the current business needs
Align project requirements with all stakeholders during project setup
Plan sprint goals and formulate acceptance criteria for demo
Lead daily standups and sprint demo's
Deliver sprint report to management

Profil recherché:

Requirements:

You have a Master degree in engineering with 5 years of experience (or equivalent education with experience as functional analyst, software development and/or project lead)
You have an analytical way of thinking with a resultoriented approach
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have project management skills (scrum / agile)
You have solid organizational skills
You are stress resistant
You demonstrate leadership
