Your Role as a Project Manager:
As a Project Manager at Eezee-IT, your primary responsibility is to steer significant IT projects to success, ensuring excellence in delivery and fostering lasting client relationships

You will:

Lead large projects, ensuring quality and efficiency with a team of analysts and developers.
Maintain high team morale and internal satisfaction through effective leadership.
Build enduring, trustbased relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs.
Utilize scrum methodology to enhance team agility and performance.
Oversee project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered as planned.
Engage in presales activities, proposing project and operational improvements.
Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your goal is to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships through exceptional project management and client service.

We're Looking For:

Holders of a master's degree in business, administration, or related fields.
Experienced in project management within the IT service industry, with a structured approach to challenges.
Skilled in leadership, communication, and customer relationship management.
Knowledgeable in ERP systems and organized project execution.
Creative thinkers who view problems as opportunities.
Resilient, capable of working under pressure and managing stress effectively.
Proficient in defining and refining project requirements, with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Quick learners, open to new technologies and methodologies that can enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Speaks fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
