Job purpose and objectives
Univercells is currently looking for a talented

_ Marketing Manager / Snr Associate _to join our growing commercial team, reporting into the Marketing Lead.

As

_Marketing Manager /Snr Associate_, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new marketable product, for transversal group activities, from conception to distribution.


You will own the development and delivery of commercialization and marketing plans for new product(s), new offerings and convert these plans into roadmaps that promotes Univercells' offer to internal and external audiences.


You will work closely with Business Development to assess the business case and market opportunity, to incorporate market and customer feedback into refining and defining new products and/or offerings, and with Communications to ensure your message gets translated into adequate campaigns.

You will also work with the Project Management Office to advance New Product Development & Introduction; and liaise with technical teams or teams from affiliates to consider how the different aspects of our business or technologies relate to your initiative


Key responsibilities

Market analysis & sizing: You monitor and share market insights from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options and adequately size the market opportunity - in strong collaboration with the business development team

Competitor analysis: You know our top competitors and how they are positioned in the market. Share trends, technologies, and insights across the company.

Customer insights & segmentation: You identify the various customer segments, analyze them in detail and create the customer journey for each segment, supporting business development and sales in targeting the right leads.

Value proposition & Positioning: You craft compelling value propositions and positioning statements which balance technical details with the business benefits, including consideration of positioning within Univercells Group as a whole and individual affiliates.

Product & offering development: You work closely with scientific/technology teams to manage the internal development portfolio and translate this into innovative and effective products under NPDI methodology. This may also include development of new business offerings under a productized approach.

Resource allocation: You align with Finance & Investment, as appropriate, to consider resources required for marketing and product activities and appropriate sources of funding.

Pricing: You collaborate with the entire group to draft a competitive pricing strategy and commercial model for your product/service, embedded into a viable market
