**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - 8+ years of project management experience including at least 10 years of experience in ICT industries

Experience and domain awareness in Digital transformation and Cloud migration
Experience across different domains, functions and Csuite level stakeholders
Extensive team management experience with a high level of autonomy
Organizational Change Management Experience
Lean and Agile project implementation experience

Project Management qualification

PMP or Prince2 practitioner level
Service Management including ITIL 3 and/or
Understanding of the data domain

DUTIES/ROLE:

Responsible for implementing and realising the NATO Enterprise Digital Transformation Action Plan, including:

ü Manage the achievement of intermediate goals described in the DTAP (monitor, measure and review metrics)

ü Review/ update the DTAP in close cooperation and coordination with NATO Enterprise Entities (Gap analysis and timelines)

ü Steer and manage reporting of Enterprise Entities with regards to DTAP activities/ plans (up to C3B)

ü Manage stakeholder engagement (Enterprise Entities, Industry, Academia)

ü Support OCIO-led NATO Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities

Responsible for managing and delivering the NATO Digital Workplace

ü Manage, review and implement NDW Roadmap

ü Review and update NDW Roadmap as applicable with stakeholder collaboration

ü Continuation and realisation of key activities and deliverables in 2024

ü Support the deployment of a unified communications platform for the NATO Enterprise

ü Champion the NDW with the Enterprise, including Sponsorship of key NDW initiatives

NATO Enterprise Cloud Adoption Roadmap and Action Plan:

ü Support the continued operationalisation of the NATO Enterprise Cloud Operating Model (NECOM)

ü Drive NATO Enterprise cloud adoption activities (includes migration planning and delivery)

ü Support cloud services procurement, architecture, security, and portfolio management

Develop and maintain Enterprise wide stakeholder relationships, User focus and communications

ü Consistent and effective Strategic Communications with OCIO external stakeholders shown in an increased understanding of the OCIO role in the Enterprise Digital transformation efforts

ü Measured by a mature stakeholder management plan, and qualitative internal and external stakeholder feedback periodically. Established communication plans per project

Exploration of project alignments and uplift in benefits and outcomes where applicable

ü Creation of dependency map and strategy for projects under their responsibility

ü Creation of benefits map and strategy for projects under their responsibility

ü Established cross-sectional meetings to mitigate key risks and issues related to dependency or benefits

ü Quality assurance implementation and management, performance monitoring and reporting
